How do we get started?

Do I need to choose the materials myself?
No. Start with the result you have in mind. We’ll discuss the materials and preparation needed, and review a finish sample with you before application.
What is included in a supply-and-apply quotation?
The quotation should set out the measured areas, preparation, materials, application, site arrangements, clean-up and handover. Associated repairs or other trades are included only when agreed.
What about warranty?
Applicable warranty terms are confirmed for the agreed system and scope. Ask us to explain the coverage, exclusions and care requirements before approving the work.
