Using Imaraplast is Simple.
Imaraplast is a user-friendly solution that simplifies your sustainability efforts, making it easy to integrate eco-friendly practices into your daily operations.
Step 1: Prepare the Surface
Clean the wall or floor to remove dust, oil, loose particles, or old paint. Lightly dampen the surface before application—never apply on a dry or saturated wall.
Step 2: Measure the Mix
Open the Imaraplast bag and pour the contents into a clean mixing container. Measure clean water according to the ratio printed on the bag
- 5–6 litres per 25 kg.
- Mix only as much as you can apply within 3–4 hours.
Step 3: Mix Thoroughly
Add water gradually while mixing with a mechanical mixer or trowel until a smooth, lump-free paste forms. Mix for 3–5 minutes for uniform consistency.
Step 4: Rest & Remix
Allow the mix to rest for 5 minutes to let additives activate, then remix lightly before application. This improves workability and bonding.
Step 5: Apply Evenly
Spread the mortar evenly using a steel trowel or appropriate tool. Maintain consistent thickness for best coverage and a crack-free finish.
Step 6: Finish & Cure
Smooth the surface as desired. Keep the plastered area slightly moist for 2–3 days to ensure proper curing and maximum strength.
